At Modest Linen Co., each item is carefully handmade to order. Because our products are worn in intimate areas and come into direct contact with the body, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to protect the health and safety of all customers.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
Our products are worn directly against the body, and for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot restock or resell items once they have been handled or used.
Because these items are handmade from natural linen, slight variations in texture, weave, or shape may occur and are considered a normal part of the character and uniqueness of natural fiber products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.
Please confirm the following before placing your order:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Modest Linen Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
Because many of our items are made to order, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be possible.
